EIT High Speed Cordless Torque Wrenches are compact in design, lightweight, easy and safe to operate precision tools using a top quality cordless motor and a precison high quality planetary gearbox.
Powered by an advanced brushless motor, the units are virtually maintenance free.
The new innovative automatic gear selection technology allows for a fast run down of the bolts, eliminating the need to switch between high speed and low speed gears. Under heavier load, the unit switches to the low speed gear to finalise the bolting process. This saves time, increases bolting efficiency, and eliminates bolting error by using the wrong gear selection.
The large size LCD display screen at the back of the tool is very user friendly, allowing the torque to be selected in increments of 10Nm.
The advanced electronic control allows for accurate bolting results with a high repeatability of +/- 2%, and features an easy re-calibration system.
In addition the tool offers additional functions, with a display of the torque in real time, the bolting angle, number of rotations, number of bolts tightented etc as programmable options.
The state-of-the art Smart App allows for optional wireless bluetooth transfer of data, data storage of millions of applications, providing information to track bolting results
The advanced planetary gear design technology and high strength allow steel used makes the tools ligher, more durable and at the same time faster.
A complete range of tools is available with models ranging from 100 up to 4,000 Nm. The smart electronics allow for a smooth start-up, the automatic shut-off system will turn off the tool once the set torque has been reached, and automatically release the load on the bolt for a safe and easy removal of the tool.
In addition, the tool features a free connection of the motor housing and the gearbox, allowing the body and handle to be rotated freely by 360 degrees, making it safe and easy to place the tool onto the bolts and easy to remove from the bolt after completion of the process.
Addition models with angle head design or offset drives or extended spindles are available upon request.
Industrial quality for continous work - on one battery charge up to 200 bolts can be fastened. In addition, a 240V AC/DC adaptor is available converting the cordless tool into a standard power tool - ideal for long service times.
