Alkitronic® - Compact Radial Torque Wrench Type RCL 36P / RCL 46P with 2 speeds.
Optimal application to plate heat exchangers, also in explosive gas atmospheres and in confined areas. The use of two torque wrenches (diagonally or crosswise) ensures an optimal speed and accuracy in assembling large plates. The Alkitronic remote control Type FBL offers you the perfect solution.
2-speed mechanical gearbox - torque range from 590Nm to 4'535 Nm.

The perfect solution for a constant and simultaneous operation of 2 RCL Pneumatic Torque Wrenches when used on heat exchangers.

Air supply, air pressure and air lubrication is controlled by one air maintenance unit, where the air pressure is adjusted to suit the required operating torque according to the torque chart supplied with each tool.

Air Maintenance unit complete with filter, regulator, lubricator, 5 m flexible air hose, including air couplings and fittings, air lubrication oil. Mounted on base plate with transport handle.

In order to maintain maximum performance and lifetime of the pneumatic torque wrench the compressed air needs to be lubricated.

The torque of the pneumatic torque wrench is regulated by the regulator. An air pressure of 2 - 7 bar with an air volume of approx. 10-15 litres/second ensures optimal operating conditions.

The torque accuracy depends on the stability of the air supply!

Example of a torque flow chart stating the torque values at different levels of air pressure from 2-7 bar. For loosening bolts a reserve of approx. 20 % has to be added to the max. torque.
